I received a great service from my recent experience from Kirmac collision, they are patients, supportive and follow up with me with any updates. Compared than other shop that I called, was very different ( which was right beside and also did glasses service, I accident called..)
I was greeted by reception politely and professionally and am grateful for the services provided including courtesy, clear explanation of what needed to be addressed and appointment was provided quickly and the service provided was exceptional
My first time at kirmac Newton best staffs, stress-free environment. I dropped off my car couple days ago to get fixed after a accident. Couple days later Arbaz updated me regarding the parts that he ordered and how long it may take for the parts to get back. And he also told me that he will try his best to get the pats in earlier which made me very happy . I really like this place because they update me regarding my car when it's in there shop. I’ve had to replace my windshield a few times and get my rock chips repaired , but every-time I’ve come in, it’s been great to deal with the team at Kirmac Surrey. They’re fast efficient and take the headache out of getting glass repaired. If you need any glass matters taken care of, look no further. Jaskaran was awesome to deal with too. Highly recommend this spot.
