Convenience and a lifetime warranty were features that I appreciated the most. I drive by the shop every day. Switching to a low mileage loaner (that included a backup camera missing on my vehicle) and back to my vehicle was easy. The shop is big enough and wasn't over booked when my work was done so the scheduling and work completion happened sooner than expected.
