My father recently needed some service done on his Honda CRV. ICBC approved us for a claim, and we decided to contact Kirmac Collision on 1st Ave for some much needed help. We were very lucky to have Tommy and management, Khang, to guide us out through a smooth process. They were able to provide us with Vietnamese translation and a courtesy car for the repairs of the car. We took the car in on a Monday and was quickly returned to us the next day! How super sufficient this service was! So very glad we came here.

I had a hard time finding a shop that would deal with my ICBC claim (my vehicle is a 2003 and that was an issue for many). Called Kirmac - they explained that there could be issues getting the parts, however they would do an estimate and hope for the best. I feel like I lucked out. Mark, the Assistant Manager, was friendly, informative and great with communications, and they turned my vehicle around more quickly than anticipated. Will return to this location should I ever need autobody work again in the future.
