I would give 10 stars. We highly recommend Kirkwood Home Gallery. We enjoyed working with Ben. We are so happy we selected Kolbe Forgent Series windows. We noticed immediately how much warmer our home was after installation. Windows and installation were installed in the time frame we were given. KHG recommended an installer for us, and Jack was excellent. Their customer service was outstanding. Any question or concern I had they were ready to answer.
Incredible staff. Wonderful environment. Clean. Knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Above par products and options. After looking at several companies... we ended up deciding on these guys. There's something about a company that puts the customer first that can't be matched by any of the big corporations. Spending your money here won't be a mistake.
I love working with Brian and team on my design projects. Their knowledge, communication, attention to detail and commitment to quality are unbeatable. What more could an interior designer ask for?!
Brian did our railing installation and he did an amazing job! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, understood our vision, asked our opinions and he is truly a master at his craft. It was a pleasure having him in our home. So far, we are very happy with the outcome and can't wait to see the final product! Christopher has been our sales contact and has communicated with us very well. We would highly recommend the professionals at Kirkwood Stair & Millwork.
