Lovely staff at the Kirkwood highway location! quick and easy service. Really came through for me when I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get a unit.. Frances and her manager are especially amazing! Would totally recommend anyone using this location if they need a storage unit!!

Frances is an amazing person. She is very knowledgeable and does an exceptional job assisting clients. The property is very clean and well maintained. Everyone should consider this location for their storage needs.
I absolutely love the customer service here from everyone!! However, I had the pleasure to speak with Trish, who was just so understanding and caring, and she helped me with my account after I just had a major surgery. So, thank you, Trish for alll of your help!! 🫶
I am a little disappointed in public storage. Story is that when I went to clean out my belongings on July 31 , 2025. I was told I had until 4:00 pm that day to have everything out of the unit in which me and my 13 yrs old granddaughter and 5 yrs old grandson did. Once stuff was out of the unit I made sure the unit was clean and took pictures. Through the process of moving stuff out the unit and donating it to the Goodwill.
