They implement superficial solutions to issues and fail to provide adequate repairs to the houses. All appliances tend to malfunction within six months. Their approach appears to be focused on cosmetic improvements rather than substantive repairs. Chris really went above and beyond our expectations. We met him at a house he was showing, and even though we did not get that house, we really liked how much he cared about what we were looking for. We asked him to help us in our own home search, and he was happy to help. My wife and I have very difficult work schedules, but that was no problem for him.
