I have lived here almost 3 years and i will say the only time this place was decent and upkept was when latoya and nicole was here. Nicole came in and turned this place around even threw community events for us but also interacted with us. we were always able to contact her and she was always in the office. Phenomenal Location - CHECK! Community Vibe - CHECK! Site Team - CHECK! If these things are important to you, you will love it here! You cannot beat this primo location. Ease, convenience and literally anything you need all right here and accessible. I've never had any issues or problems with my neighbors, and the site manager has always been super attentive and helpful. All good things to report from me on my end! 10/10 Highly Recommend!
I scheduled an appointment to view an appointment at 3:30. I arrived 10mins early, There was a note on the door that staff was away from the office and to call number listed if assistance was needed. While waiting several tenants came in trying to pay rent. One tenant stated that she had been trying to pay her rent all day. A new resident came in to move in, still no one shows up for assistance. I hate living here. If you would have asked me a few weeks ago before Nicole left I would have given this place 4 stars maybe. Management has changes 4 times within my one year living here. The quality of the building is contingent on who is managing. The property looked nice when I toured with Latoya. We went some time without a manager and then a known criminal was hired.
