I’ve had a great experience at this apartment complex so far! Mychal, the leasing manager, was amazing and made sure our apartment was spotless before move-in. The maintenance team has also been great, they came quickly and fixed the few small things we found in the apartment right away. The only concern I have is with the dog area, there tends to be a lot of dog waste that hasn’t been cleaned up, which makes me worried about stepping in it or having our dog step in it. Other than that, everything else has been wonderful!
The property is small and quiet and clean and I can walk across the street to Target. And I can have my dog here. Kirkpatrick Place for the win.
FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE – I currently live at Kirkwood Place and will be moving when my lease expires. Management asked me to remove a previous review after multiple failed repair attempts, but nothing has been truly fixed. I am now involving a lawyer, code compliance, the fire marshal, and the Better Business Bureau. Since moving in, I have faced ongoing property damage, health hazards, and unsafe living conditions. very beautiful property. i love how caring and sweet the office team is when i am needing any issues resolved.
After reading some of the negative reviews, I wanted to post and set the record straight because this has not been my experience at all! This place has improved TREMENDOUSLY since the new management has taken over. Since Cindy and Michael have been there they respond and take action immediately and make sure anything I need is taken care of quickly but also to my full expectations.
