Love Kirkwood Mall! Community places like a mall are what the community makes of them and the team there - the retailers, management, partnering organizations - have done a great job in creating a convenient and nice place to shop and gather. Loving the renovation. It's going to be such a bright spot to visit in the loooong winter months!

Security needs more training instead of just standing and watching things go down. They don't care about the safety of their customers the manager is more worried about customers standing and watching a fight then trying to do something about the fight. Never even saw a comment or update from the mall saying they will work on things to try and handle things better if it happens again. Sad when people in the mall shopping do more then the mall staff does.
Get some decent security and a manager that is more concerned about the welfare of the customers. Scarey place to go. I would Never allow my teens to be there without a parent.

Kirkwood mall is awesome. You can really tell the difference in the feel of Kirkwood in the past year or so....lots of events, giveaways, new great stores, a pop up shop...they are doing great great things for the community!!! Great job!
