$700 charge for a routine eye exam and nothing more??? I have never had any charges for an eye exam submitted to both my health insurance and my eye care insurance before. I had no underlying issues and nothing about my exam was anything but routine, so in my opinion, submitting this to my health insurance company was totally unnecessary. I will not return.
