I had no heat, Mohammed arrived at 10 aclock at night. didn't have part on truck, went out his way to go find the part I needed to get heat. Thank you so much mohammed!

Don't even deserve a star. I have always liked this company, the price for their propane always seemed reasonable. Now, I am very leery of them....I was having my annual furnace inspection in October 2023 and the technician, Alex, notified my that I was in need of a new furnace due to a crack. The price was quite higher than I expected (about what it would be for a furnace/ac unit - which I didn't get) when I questioned it I was basically blown off that prices Iooked up online weren't correct for the model installed. Andres was so very helpful today. He is respectful and extremely knowledgeable about our furnace and was able to troubleshoot and replace a broken thermostat. I have always had wonderful service from Kirkwood Energy over the last 35 years.
