BEWARE, Kirkwood Builders is not to be trusted. Needs to take "Custom" builder out of title. In fact, he is not a builder at all, he gets plans from architectural digest & hires subs to build it for him. My 11yr old can do that!!! He does not have the "Art of design" His Awards should actually be going to Architectural Digest. All the items in our home were designed & thought of by ourselves. Great builder Our neighbors home was built by Kirkwood and it is beautiful. Our homes are similar square footage, but their utility bills are often less each month. The craftsmanship and detail are amazing, and they included really nice landscaping.
