One Star — Because “Duct Tape” Wasn’t an Available Rating I’ve waited to write this review because I wanted to cool off, be fair, and make sure I had the entire experience in perspective. I have now achieved perspective. My perspective is: I would not take a wheelbarrow to Kirkwood Auto & Truck Repair. I brought them my 2008 Saab 9-5 Aero, a car I loved and wanted to keep. My son's car broke down due to faulty installment of a battery by O'Reilly's. Needless to say the whole computer was fried, along with many fuses and multiple other things, and this auto shop worked with him being so far from home and alone. They kept in contact with me as far as any and all work being done or needing done. This was so comforting, since I was 3 hours away. I would highly recommend them and if we are ever in that area again and need something, would not think twice of going there again.
Kept our work truck for 3 weeks giving us no solution to the problem, and attempted to charge us after we decided to tow elsewhere just to find out a unit became unplugged and just needed plugged back in. We got our truck back in 2 days from Christian Brothers.
