The lottery system for getting an appointment is the most ridiculous thing, those in pain or can't get time off apart from the day they phone have no chance, cant even book a appointment for when you are off in advance meanwhile im in alot of pain with nowhere and no chance till next weeks day off to try again and that's from phoning as soon as the lines opened
A little difficult getting through on the phone however I cannot fault my kind treatment from docs, nurses and reception.
Near impossible to get an appointment here and when you do you're made to feel like an inconvenience. Looking to change practice.
Spent all morning trying to get through for an appointment over a mole I’m concerned about. Told to try again next morning for an appointment when I finally get through. It’s common knowledge to get these things checked out asap. Yet when you do, are fobbed off, how this a health service at all?
This is a lovely practice receptionist so helpful and the care from the doctors for my family and foster children can't thank them enough
