Great service; front desk staff could use some training RE: communication.
I moved to Kirksville from Atlanta GA and I am so glad I did in reference to the VA. The clinic and its team here in Kirksville has been nothing short of amazing! Say whatever you would like about the VA in general, but the people here have been nothing but kind and patient with me. They have actually listened to me and pointed me in the direction on what I should do next. I am very appreciative of the people here.
