DON’T BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO KIRKS Unprofessional, dishonest, overpriced, racist & bigot ownership We came in to have a DEF sensor replaced. Kirks told us they would call us back shortly to discuss steps moving forward. No call with diagnosis. No call before work began. No call to update us on vehicle status or to let us know they would be keeping our vehicle over the weekend on a Friday night.
