if i could review as a zero i would. the lack of response and inability to communicate is their style. This vendor is located somewhere near Columbus, IN. the worst vendor to deal with and he is a rip off artist. He did a job for one of our clients and tried to hold me responsible when i did not call him or contract him. i contract vendors all the time and this one i would never call upon.!! I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option. I could start with all of the issues from the $1,000 road call. To make a long story short, these money hungry individuals told me I needed a DEF pump that is on national backorder. They could not find a DEF pump, but I did. Kirks Mobile Repair wanted UPCHARGE me for the part that I found and bought. Technicians don't know what they are doing NEVER ever use these people. They will come to you fix nothing coz they don't know how to fix anything apart from tire replace and charge you 650+.
Kirk's Mobile Repair or KMR is known in Kansas City area for coming out, not performing any work and charging $600+. It is their common practice to send unit out even if they know that they won't be able to perform repair. They will charge you 1 hour to get to your location, 1 hour to travel back (even if your are only 10 miles away), and 2 hours of labor.
