As a small business owner, I am continually ordering parts and shades for my customer's lamps and repairs. While I do purchase from several companies, I have to say that the best customer service has to go to Kirk's. From the owner, Ray to Lisa, Karen, and the folks that pack and ship my orders, everyone one is first class. If I have a problem, it gets solved with minimal effort.
