Amazing! So great to deal with!
Not what the shop used to be when the old man owned it. Today I was charged $120+ only to hear…to release the hood latch we will have to cut through your grill. Wow, not sure what else to say other than, not what I expected from a shop let alone one that had such an outstanding one. Back in the day, it was rare to be charged for something that the garage said they couldn’t fix.
Took my Forester in to figure out what was wrong with it. Extremely fair pricing, very expedient as well. What I appreciated most was the level of communication between the shop and I. They gave me multiple options and called anytime they found something with an honest suggestion on repairs. Overall, I highly recommend Kirkpatrick's for a mechanic, they had my car fixed within 2 days pretty much, were highly professional, and courteous. I have no complaints and will be using them from now on!
