A bad experience getting prompt communication, team did not seem proactive in addressing questions, and I still feel that I was not listened too. I wanted to support a local business, but it was was made clear that the business isn't interested in supporting or following up with local consumers. Oh well.
For some reason this company never found the time to give me any quotes on insurance. Waited four days, called again. Still no call back. Maybe its just me. I'll try another company.
