I love this bank. I have cashed many checks with them. They even took the elderly man that I went in with in another room to make sure that I wasn't out to get him. While some people might find that angering... I actually like the fact that they take the time to protect there customers. That is a huge plus for me. If it were my father or grandfather for that matter I would want them to do the same. I'm very happy about that. Yes it took a little longer but I respect why. Great job guys.
The banking relationship started off decent. It was 2013 and I needed an account for my small business. Kirkpatrick conveniently had a location in SE Edmond, on the corner of Bryant & Memorial. The first time I walked into their lobby, I thought, "Wow, this doesn't feel like a bank." It was a beautiful place and everyone was super friendly and beyond helpful.
