They have always been friendly and helpful thru all my goofups.

-->One-time visit as a prospective new customer moving to Oklahoma in a bank lobby devoid of any customers, counter or otherwise, and the lone teller, she refused to serve me as an out-of-towner passing through Edmond in NEED of breaking a 100 hundred dollar bill. That's a bad policy from the start. No kidding.
Bad practices and account security. Finally moving on after about 20 years. You don't need my story, but I don't change easily or quickly and we have had an issue here for a long time now, and are finally moving on.
