The banking relationship started off decent. It was 2013 and I needed an account for my small business. Kirkpatrick conveniently had a location in SE Edmond, on the corner of Bryant & Memorial. The first time I walked into their lobby, I thought, "Wow, this doesn't feel like a bank." It was a beautiful place and everyone was super friendly and beyond helpful.
