-->One-time visit as a prospective new customer moving to Oklahoma in a bank lobby devoid of any customers, counter or otherwise, and the lone teller, she refused to serve me as an out-of-towner passing through Edmond in NEED of breaking a 100 hundred dollar bill. That's a bad policy from the start. No kidding.

Great bank, have been using them for years and they’ve always been helpful. Today Andrew Floeter went above and beyond, he was very helpful and patient today and helped me with getting everything taken care of!
Really horrible service and treatment of people. If you want to be stonewalled and turned away for no reason (I literally just needed a document notarized), then it's the place for you.
