My diesel decided to call it quits on me while sitting in the Home Depot parking lot. I am from the States and didn't have anywhere to go and didn't know what to do. Kirkpatrick was the second shop I called and I knew they had my business right away. They were very kind and professional on the phone and SUPER welcoming. all the guys in there were so nice! my parents said they had a great experience so i called them and told them about it while setting an appointment up, and the owner took the time to thank me. they gave me a great deal on everything, i’m always worried about being ripped off as a young woman in auto shops but they were honest and kind the entire time. my car runs so much better for winter, and they even vacuumed and cleaned the front of my car :)!
