I sadly accepted to use Kristin Kirkner as a mediator after it was proposed and it was a complete waste of $1200+ and 7 hours of my time. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I was about to end the session due to her attitude problems. She mocked, and laughed at numerous things. In the end nothing got resolved. She is not realistic and in my opinion was unable to be impartial. HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT utilize her.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristin Kirkner on a recent QDRO issue. My original QDRO was rejected by the court with no information as to why. Ms Kirkner was recommended to me as someone that could help. I emailed her and she responded within minutes and asked for more information.
