the older lady with short hair who works in there is super snappy and extremely rude, she pushed my bag into my chest and told me to get out of the way before i even put my card in to pay. she wasn’t even the one checking me out and literally SHOVED me out of the way with my stuff.
I agree with others that say - worst customer service I have experienced for a very long time! I ordered a picture and they shipped it FEDEX and it was damaged. No one told me so I have been waiting and waiting. I had to research to find out what happened. Now I have not got a present for my father and it is now too late to order something else. When I tried to see what they could do to help out I was basically told it was my problem - not theirs! Customer lost!! I do NOT recommend shopping at Kirkland's Home Store!
