Kirklands in Vernon Hills is such a great place to shop for things for your home! The sales associates are very friendly, greet you as soon as you walk in the store and are very helpful if you have any questions! Plus the store smells so good!!! Terri, Jaclyn, Donna and Stephanie are so very helpful, friendly and nice! I will definitely go back there to shop for things for my house!
I just went to this store for the first time and I will not be returning. Barbara checked me out and she was just rude. She does not make people feel like they are welcome. If she is a manager, she shouldn't be! She needs some training on basic customer service.
Awesome spot to check out for home decor! They've got such cool and one-of-a-kind pieces at really good prices. I usually prefer online shopping, but sometimes you just need to see and feel the quality in person. Such a great deal all around.
So many beautiful things! Really unique finds and most things are reasonably priced. The only thing I don't like is the very strong scented candles and such. It's too much!
