Not friendly at all. I go there because they have more than the Fairview location but the customer service is horrible! On my last visit one of the workers was sitting on the counter! Not professional at all. They are very ride at this location. Item needed was only at this location so I had to pick it up from there.
They didn't seem to have much of anything.
Great for home decor and holiday gifts
12/3/25 I went into Kirkland’s for Christmas sales and had to wait 40 minutes at the register for a flower that did not have a tag. The three girls working at the register could not figure out how to do a price override. In addition, they could not find the flower in their inventory. I have never been or worked in a store that could not do a price override. Furthermore, when I’ve been in other stores, after spending over $100 on items like I did in Kirkland’s today, they would have been able to give me the flower with no pro... read more
