Came into the store today around 1:45ish after I went to Ross. I had to use the restroom but Ross was cleaning so I ran over to Kirklands to use the bathroom. After I came out I looked around the store as I was walking back upfront, the lady started running at me and my friend and started accusing us of stealing… mind you she had customers up front… she told us we were scoping out the store and more. Not friendly at all. I go there because they have more than the Fairview location but the customer service is horrible!
