I never write reviews like this but I felt the need for this location. I went in looking for a vase to complete my entry table. The employees did not say one word to me the twenty minutes that I was there, not even a hello. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I really liked a vase I saw but decided not to buy it because of how I was treated.
Excellent store, well stocked, friendly staff
Placed and order before the store even opened. They waited until after 2pm to tell me my order was canceled. My biggest issue is how rude the lady was that answerd the phone was. If you lack customer service skills you shouldn't be working in department store. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Let me start off by saying I love Kirklands. I am a frequent shopper at this location. However, it seems like 98 percent of the time their employees are rude, unfriendly, and at times a bit lazy. This past Sunday, 11/10, I stood in line and an employee by the name of Linda knew I was the next customer to checkout because I was standing behind the person currently checking out but instead took someone else who had just walked up acting like she had no idea a line was formed.
