Placed and order before the store even opened. They waited until after 2pm to tell me my order was canceled. My biggest issue is how rude the lady was that answerd the phone was. If you lack customer service skills you shouldn't be working in department store. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Let me start off by saying I love Kirklands. I am a frequent shopper at this location. However, it seems like 98 percent of the time their employees are rude, unfriendly, and at times a bit lazy. This past Sunday, 11/10, I stood in line and an employee by the name of Linda knew I was the next customer to checkout because I was standing behind the person currently checking out but instead took someone else who had just walked up acting like she had no idea a line was formed. I usually have a great experience at all Kirklands locations, but not at this one. The employees here appear to be lazy, rude, and unwilling to search their inventory for items. Because of their unwillingness, I had to travel a distance just to purchase an item that I could've gotten from this location. Furthermore, I've been trying to contact them to inquire about another item and can't get through because the phone has been busy for the past 25 minutes. Why?
