ordered something online, just a simple 15x21" hanging art frame they had in the store, for store pickup. The email says it will be ready in 3-4 weeks, a month from now. That's ridiculous. Nothing said it takes this long when I ordered. The item is seasonal so I won't get to use it until next year. SLOW SHIPPING. POOR COMMUNICATION. There's also no easy to way to cancel the order in any link, account, or email.
Always find something else that I can't live without! Love this store!
Kirkland customer service is top notch. I ordered an accent chair for a christmas present on cyber Monday. It shipped in a very timely manner, however, the label got messed up and needed to be replaced. The package sat at a fed ex warehouse for DAYS with no movement. I called fed ex twice trying to find out what was going on and basically got the run around. I finally decided to call Kirklands to see what options I had.
