This is a lovely store. The employees are very helpful. I purchased a number of items and had a $5 "discount". I had to return one of the items. It is, apparently, a "corporate policy" that they will not apply the rest of the discount to the other items I purchased. So it was not a $5 discount after all. Very bad customer relations decision. The whole $5 would have applied to all the other items I purchased if I did not purchase the item I had to return. It was $2.95 that could have been applied to my other purchasws. Very p... read more
I do love this store a lot and recently had the pleasure of meeting Christine (mgr) and Hunter. My husband and I purchased several large pieces of art work, and are thrilled with our selections. Christine was extremely helpful in correcting the errors caused by their register and she is very personable and easy to talk to and deal with. I can't wait to go back and hope Christine and Hunter are there again!
