Beautiful place.
Today was my first experience with Kirkland Optix, as a new patient. I received an eye exam and ordered new frames. The facility was clean and professional, the staff were very friendly, warm, and welcoming; they were happy to help and answer all questions. I will definitely be a long term patient!
Tatiana shines! This is my 2nd time using Kirkland Optix. I was initially referred by a friend of mine. Since I was so happy with my experience last time, I scheduled an appointment again and was helped by a different doctor this time who also did a wonderful job. I cannot recall her name but everything was great! I was greatly impressed by the help & customer service I received from Tatiana. She found me the perfect frames and made sure they fit.
The eye exam itself was fine, with no issues. However, I am very frustrated that they required an appointment for frame selection, yet they are still helping another customer 15 minutes past my slot. This is disrespectful and a waste of my time. Secondly, once my time came up, the lady (I guess her name is Natalia or something) was rude and was not helpful at all. At all costs, avoid bad energy and don't go to there for frame selection. They should be trained how to behave with customer and how to address questions properly.... read more
If you’re looking for a great optometrist, go see Dr. Lim at Kirkland Optix. He’s super informative and makes the whole exam process easy to understand. I loved that he actually explained my imaging results rather than just rushing through. The staff is approachable and kind—honestly some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in healthcare. Definitely check them out!
