Great products; poor service – I've had very good experiences when I've visited the show room. The problem is trying to get a return call from a salesrep or manager when something doesn't go right. Their sales reps are also competitive with each other, and think nothing of letting a customer of one get a bad experience, so that they can "save" the business.
