Drafted my mortgage payment 2 weeks EARLY, and then stated “ Once we send the ACH request, we cannot cancel it on our end once it is sent. Please let us know if there are any overdraft charges your bank charges you and provide a screenshot”. I get that accidents happen but there should be a better resolution team to assist, esp when it’s not the consumers error. No online payment options, only communication about payments over phone or email. Very disappointing, truly unacceptable.
