For people that work and live out of town not convenient never answer the phone first time you call even when it's not busy
Getting ahold of someone to make appointments is next to impossible, they never answer the phones. But once you’re there for your appointment, the staff is really helpful and pleasent.
My initial experience 5 years ago was pretty awful. Desk staff seemed to have no training in access for people with disabilities, equity, diversity, and inclusion. I sensed an atmosphere of lateral violence poor team dynamics. Originally sloppy with my records and paperwork. And I had a typical recent graduate doctor from Toronto who didn't take the time to get to know me, didn't care, and abandoned his 1000 patients after only one year in KL.
