I am really hoping Dr. Amiee comes back to this practice, because all these new faces. The assistant I have never seen before was not very good with my 3 year old, and the new Dr didn’t explain much to me.

My very recent visit last week was unfortunately unpleasant. Two or three front desk staff were giggling, having loud conversations, and laughing out loud throughout my time there. Even during the exam- with a new doctor who was kind and gentle- it was difficult to hear him clearly because of the ongoing noise from the front. The overall environment felt distracting and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable.
