Very clean well managed condos.
This is an incredible place to live. Always kept up to highest standards, very friendly staff. My mother-in-law has lived here for years and it's always comforting to see that it's such a nice building. Someone here complained about rats and I don't know what they are talking about. In 7 years we had not had one issue with the rats. I'm guessing they have an axe to grind.
Ongoing issues with large, aggressive rat population. Lake proximity and also construction compound the issue, even as infestation grows month by month. Stuff of nightmares -
