something happened here... there used to be a great staff that was super helpful and really cared about their customers... but ALL the old staff has left and there are just a couple new guys. the owner is working in the store full time and he has an agenda when you walk through the door.... won't leave you alone to wander and won't stop his 'salesman schpeel'. this shop has gone down the toilet! what happened!???
Cycling Montlake bikes is a good shop if you want selection and seeing what the "in" cycles are. They adjusted my bike and I was really happy with their work.
