Before this last semester began, I called in asking why my FASFA was lower than usual. I needed to know because I couldn't afford a full semester of school and was trying to plan accordingly. I was told why and what to do to fix it, so I did. It didn't update it after a couple weeks so I called back. They said that I hadn't done it correctly and so I followed their new instructions.
