We have been going here for a few years and had been happy with the service…. Until Recently. My wife went for an oil change on our Audi Q5. When she picked it up The bill was like $250 plus tax, which seemed way too high for just an oil change, so he says he made a mistake and drops it to $200 plus tax. That still seemed high, So I called Audi Layton($159) and Audi Salt Lake($149). Then he lies and He tells me he called Audi and they were $215 right on his price. Not in Utah dude. RecommendedThese guys are honest, tell you the TRUTH about what your car needs. My dad just took his 20+ year old suburban there and they took care of a few things on it and even showed him a couple things to watch for. This is not the typical car repair shop that charge you for every little thing, they are highly recommended.
We had to have our heads rebuilt for our Honda odyssey after our timing belt snapped. Kirkbride kept us informed and got our van fixed in a timely manner. Great HONEST easy to talk to people. Very grateful they worked on our van.
It’s not like other mechanic shops!! The guys that work here are dependable, honest, and trustworthy. We had major problems with our truck, and they gave us a great estimate which was reasonable and accurate (it actually came in under estimate in the end). The mechanics are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what all was going to need fixed. They didn’t try and trick us in anyway, we knew exactly what was wrong up front.
