I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, which they confirmedonly to cancel it via text the day before. When I called to reschedule, **** told me it "wasn't going to be a good fit" simply because I was understandably frustrated about the last-minute cancellation. Completely unprofessional and a disappointing display of customer service.
On June 24, my wife went to Kirkwood Station Dental to replace a tooth that had came out of her denture. After researching the cost online, we learn the average cost was between $50 - $100, with one website quoting up to $200. My wife returned near tears because even though the dentist took less than 10 minutes to replace (glue) the existing tooth; charged her $439. We have no problem paying for services rendered, but feel this charge was excessive and wanted to warn others to price check their services before going to them
