Kirk has a neighborhood reputation of integrity and attention to details that results in an easy home sale that is fair to the seller and buyer. In less than a week he had done a market evaluation, had a stager and photographer in and done and showing the home in no time. When a bid came, he advised how to respond and advised on best local contractors to fix issues found by the buyer's inspection company.
