The little girl in the front office was rude and pretended that she was the new Dr. She would not give me the ear spray for my dog that Dr Kirk had been giving him for the past 2 years. She said it didn't work and sent me out of there with an ear flush that I could have got from Tractor Supply for half as much. She did not seem concerned about my dog's ear and lied to me that they did not have the gentaved spray. Love the new owners, so compassionate and caring. The old vet owners were great too, but I hadn't been in a while, and was pleasantly surprised, glad we went back.
I’ve always come to this vet for things and Dr Kirk has been so amazing every time. However- this new management is rude and cannot handle a nail trim on a scared dog. Heard the lady in the back say that nail trims are fill in appointments and are supposed to be fast and our time was up so we had to go. Mind you I had made an appointment over a week ago, I bring my dog here every time they know he's scared every time. Very unprofessional and very rude.
