Charging $1100 for diagnostics and ordering an alternator. The parts could easily be cancelled from their own warehouse. Simply taking advantage of a lady that has been a longtime customer. $2000 to replace the alternator is outrageous.

STAY AWAY!! These folks have been doing (or who knows!- they probably haven't even really been doing it) my tire rotation/oil change for over a year. I take it religiously to get the maintenance done! was just there in APRIL (TWO MONTHS AGO). Go today for tire rotation and they say my tires are no good and it's because the alignment is "slightly off". $1500+ for 4 new tires. ummmmmm, I'm no dummy but that much damage didn't come within 2 months, there ain't no way they seen my tires in April and saw absolutely zero wear and ... read more
This place is the absolute best! The customer service is phenomenal and I don't want to take my car anywhere else! I mean, you really can't beat how awesome these folks are. They answer the phone, return your calls, have clear prices, very helpful, not condescending at all. Landers Nissan in Southaven needs to take notes and go back to the training desk for real. Excellent place. 10/10 definitely recommend!
