I highly recommend Kirk and Teff. Bob K. handled the majority of my initial case and he was fantastic. I ALWAYS got a return call and my questions answered. He understood it may be difficult to travel and let me know when we could proceed remotely or if I needed to be there at all. Several years later Chris O. was reviewing my information, without me even requesting it, and found an error by NYSWC. Chris got me an immediate refund at no additional fee. These guys are honest, responsive and reliable!
