Thank you Kirk, for your guidance and expertise as we sold our home. We immediately felt comfortable with you, felt we could trust your advice and appreciated your step by step guidance through what can be a stressful experience. You took the stress away and made it seem so effortless. We highly recommend Kirk Richards for any real estate transactions in the Annapolis Valley.

Fifth time in my life using a realtor to sell a home. Kirk is easily the best realtor I've dealt with. He seems a master at his craft. The fact that he is intelligent, kind, caring, patient, friendly and genuine tops it off. You may find a realtor as good, but you won't find one better! Thank You Kirk (and Dorinda)

Would not recommend this agent to anyone . He was very pushy and disrespectful . Only seemed to care about his profits . Do research before choosing an agent .
