Kirk was often late for appointments, he’s a poor negotiator, not at all a go-getter. Not exactly what you’d look for in a realtor… I would not recommend working with him, the whole buying process will end up 100 times more difficult than it should be.

I’ve known Kirk and Shannon for a couple years now and have had the pleasure of working with them to buy two separate homes. My husband and I recently bought a house with Kirk and Shannon as our realtors. They portrayed themselves as a nice, hardworking suburban family, the wonderful “next door neighbor” type, the “dream team”. On two separate occasions they tried to push “their guys” on us, and despite saying no to the mortgage broker they recommended, we said yes to the wonderful inspector they so highly value as a business partner.
