Excellent customer service. Have switched the entire family over to Dr. Koogler. We are all seeing so much with the changes to our prescription.
My family has used Dr. Koogler for about 20 years.I couldn't even try to make up a complaint. Very thourough exams and very nice people. Highly recommend! Dr. Koogler has discovered problems we didn't suspect early enough to get the specialized treatment needed to avert vision damage. He has also, on occasion, let us know that problems we thought we had were nothing to worry about (without mentioning that we were just getting old!). watch out all you new Medicare folks...you will call this office to ask what Medicare covers for a routine eye exam, is there a co-pay etc and even offer up what vision coverage you may still have because you are still working and they quickly reply with "No worries Medicare usually covers everything."..then they don't tell you any different when you arrive ...until you are done and leaving...then they tell you, you owe $100 and that they don't take your vision plan ...WARNING!!!
Awesome Dr and staff. Very detailed and patient. We bring our whole family here for our eye care needs and we feel like they are our family.
Love my experience with this Dr. and his entire office staff! Very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. asked me several times if I had any questions, and then answered them without me feeling rushed by taking up his time. They catered to my teenage daughter while she picked out her eyeglass frames and related to her very well. Warm welcoming environment!
