We have been taking our pets to this location for several years now and never had an issue. I recently adopted a dog who has been seen by a different vet recently and was told they could fill our new dogs medicine if we provided the vet records. We did so and the medication was filled; only to have them put it back and tell us they need to see him before giving us his meds. I’ve used this clinic for multiple pets and unfortunately my experience has been marked by inconsistent communication, pricing changes, and add-on services that were not clearly explained in advance. For my cat, who has chronic GI issues managed with a low-dose prednisone regimen, I was told the prescription would be long-term. I LOVE THIS VET CLINIC!!!! I’m not over exaggerating when I say the staff is amazing, the prices are fair and affordable- the care in which they show/provide your little furry loved ones with is amazing everything is simply top tier and I don’t care where I go the will always have my business and my trust when it comes to my animals!
