In 2009 I bought a 1911 fixer in Portland, Oregon. Among other adventures, I opened several bays of lath and plaster in walls and ceilings to replace plumbing, and add in new wiring. I started closing the holes about a year later, but I lived with some of the open holes for 5 years, unable to afford a plasterer. I was desperate about stucco repairs for my lovely old house. Circa 1920's architecture. I took a picture and emailed Kirk to ask if he had any thoughts since no one in Wichita, KS seems to know/or want to know how to properly repair non synthetic stucco. Kirk responded in less than a day with great advice AND a link to his video tutorial !!!! I am sleeping easier knowing this old house isn't hopeless. Stucco and Plastering contractor – Kirk Giordano Plastering was hired to stucco the addition and tie in quite a few newly installed windows with a texture to match the existing original finish. stucco and plastering – I would highly recommend Kirk Giordano stucco/ plastering to anyone looking for the best job they can get for their money. Mr. Giordano, and his crew were nothing but Professional, and courteous from day one. They finished on time, and kept my property nice and clean throughout the whole transition. Excellent stucco person – Great stucco work, By jacqui m. I was referred to him by a friend and when we spoke on the phone he was very knowledgable and helpful.I hired him to stucco an addition to my home, he and his crew did a wonderful job I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing stucco work.
