The facility is a gem in the downtown area. It has everything you need to workout. The facility is clean. The staff are always friendly
I have consistently had positive experiences at the Kirk Family YMCA. The majority of the staff members I have interacted with have been friendly, welcoming, and extremely respectful. The facility overall reflects a strong sense of community, and I have genuinely appreciated the professionalism and courtesy typically shown. Unfortunately, I recently had an interaction with a staff member named sherry that was extremely disappointing. The facility itself was great, but surprisingly understaffed. I tried to take a tour and it took over an hour to find someone to help me.
