I do staging for many of Kirk’s listings. I have been extremely impressed with his ability to keep constant and productive communication between him, his clients, and myself. He has been wonderful to work with and offers local specific stats and info to back his marketing strategies for his listings. He is a pleasure to work with, I can tell truly cares about each of his clients individual needs.
Kirk was outstanding to have in our home search and purchase process as first time homeowners. His knowledge of home styles, home construction and renovation, communities to consider, market conditions, and crafting a competitive offer was extremely beneficial. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to family and friends. He’s definitely among the best in the business with his background and expertise.
Kirk did a great job for us. We had already moved to Michigan and he was able to help with any Minnesota issues we had. He was patient with us, listen to any of our concerns. In the end we are very pleased with him, sold the house and got everything done in a efficient manner. We are so lucky to have him as our realtor
