I moved to DE in 1999. I started seeing her when she was in a joint office. When she moved her location I followed. Best decision I could have made. Love her, super smart and helpful. Highly recommend.
Olivia at the front desk is extremely rude. She called and told me I need an echo done. I asked where to go to have that and she said “you can google it”. I asked if she could have my provider call me to discuss further and she said No! I said she was not being helpful and she said I don’t know what more you want. I asked her name so I can complain of how she is treating me and she said Olivia, Do you want me to spell it”?. I really appreciate being able to have adult conversations with Dr. Kirk about all things regarding my healthcare. She is very caring and thorough. She takes great care of me and I always feel “special” after our visits. I feel fortunate to have her as my personal/primary physician.
No response to the Dr's online submission forms. Often no call back from Doc or PA when requested. After 2 days of no calls after a covid positive test, office staff fell back to 'just go to the emergency room'. Dr. never called with treatment options, severity of symptoms of concern, etc. . .
I am a RN and as most people know we know who is a good doctor. Doctor Kirk is one of the best . Great bedside manor, and smart as they come. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
She is absolutely the best! Kind, excellent diagnostician and cares. Always on time. Love her!
Professional , compasionate , kind , stern , and to the point ,, knows her job and is excellent at it ..gets the problem and fixes it .. never a pill pusher.. never an issue ...
